Children's dreams
CHILDREN
A paradise for explorers
„Children are very welcome at the Seehotel Resort. Our natural, extensive hotel park is a paradise for children to discover. Here you will find information about some of the places we have created with children in mind.
To ensure that we all have as relaxing a vacation as possible, please note that children are welcome in the BADESCHEUNE until 5 p.m. out of consideration for guests seeking peace and quiet. For dinner with children in the ALLESISSTGUT restaurant, we ask you to let us know the approximate time at which you will be dining - and that for families with children up to approx. 7 years, this should be between 6 and 7.30 pm if possible. Thank you for your understanding.
We will be happy to organize a babysitter for you.
CHILDREN'S HOTEL

A brick tower in the park of the Seehotel that was once used as a transformer has been lovingly transformed into a „children's hotel“. Thousands of little things can be discovered here: a listening funnel amplifies the sounds of birds in the area, a wind turbine supplies a bicycle light with electricity, people approaching the tower can be observed through a camera obscura... The cushions filled with sheep's wool under the roof of the tower are a wonderful place to dream, and children can listen to well-known works by Mozart, Beethoven and Strauss from small music boxes. Nesting boxes for butterflies, cockchafers, wild bees and bats hang on the outside wall of the tower. On the swing you can float over sand, trees and the lake. Small gemstones are embedded in the floor of the first floor - their position in the room gives an idea of where in the world they were found.
Overnight stays in the children's hotel are only possible when accompanied by an adult and are only suitable for the adventurous: you must be able to do without electricity, beds, toilet and running water.
ANIMALS AT THE SEEHOTEL

The Seehotel is home to cats and sheep. At the reception you can buy knitwear made from hand-spun wool from the Seehotel sheep.
