A Family-run vacation hotel****, idyllically situated by the lake and surrounded by woods.
Easily accessible in 20 minutes from Wismar and 35 minutes from Rostock.
Once the farm „Birkenhof“, continued in the LPG „Morgenröte“ - run as a vacation hostel with a lot of heart by Rosi & Horst. With them we began the transformation to today's Seehotel.
Our guests we mean the „island of the blessed“: Welcome to a country house among good friends.
Journalists describe us as one of the rare „Little Escapes“... „Where Architects Sleep“, as „A very special place“ for the whole family, awarded in 2020 as one of the „100 Best Holiday Hotels in Europe“.
Our Restaurant „Allesisstgut“ has also won many awards (including Feinschmecker) and offers a fantastic view over the lake from the conservatory and terrace.
Our employees create unforgettable vacations for our guests and together we live on the history of the place.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
SOUS CHEF / COOK

YOU HAVE
- Successfully completed training as a chef
- Ideally several years of experience in a comparable position
- Enjoy modern cooking with fresh, regional ingredients
- Well-groomed appearance, guest-oriented and organized
- Communication and teamwork skills and are reliable
YOU MASTER
- Modern and creative cooking with fresh, regional ingredients + a dash of Austria
- Supporting and deputizing for our head chef
- Support with ordering goods and menu planning
- Responsible and independent work
- Control of all food in terms of quality, quantity and prices
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene regulations

MASSEUR / MEDICAL BATH ATTENDANT
immediately or by arrangement (m/f/d) - part-time - 15,00 €/hour
YOU HAVE
- Successfully completed training as a physiotherapist, wellness therapist or masseur (m/f/d)
- Ideally experience in a comparable position
- Well-groomed appearance, guest-oriented and organized
- Can motivate and inspire yourself and those around you
- Communication and teamwork skills
- A pronounced awareness of quality and hygiene
- Communication in German is desirable (level B1)
YOU MASTER
- They ensure maximum relaxation for our guests with various massage packages and body treatments
- Advise guests about our offers and look after them during their stay in the spa area
- Create a pleasant atmosphere by preparing and finishing the treatment rooms
